Eurofighter Typhoon Aircraft, Predicted to Sell 200 Units

The head of the Eurofighter Typhoon consortium said that they are prepared to maximize new sales and orders for additional batches of Typhoon aircraft, where over the next two years there is a potential for new sales of 150–200 aircraft.

Countries such as Spain and Poland are among the countries that will potentially acquire the Eurofighter Typhoon in the future.

Spain itself previously launched the Halcon 1 program to replace its entire fleet of aging F/A-18 Hornets, and Halcon 1 has already been decided for the Eurofighter Typhoon.
Twenty Eurofighter Typhoons from the Halcon 1 program will be delivered in 2026, and Halcon 2 will be awarded a future contract.

Eurofighter is also currently "lobbying" Poland; even on Tuesday, Eurofighter representatives explained the Typhoon issue to Poland.

Apart from that, there is Saudi Arabia, where Germany recently softened its export policy to launch the delivery of a second batch of 48 Typhoons to the Gulf country.

Apart from that, there is also Germany itself, where the Luftwaffe will likely buy additional Eurofighter Typhoons to replace some of the Tornado units that will be retired in 2030.
